TOSS gas spring is the first domestically-developed Nitrogen Gas Spring. The localization of gas spring that previously solely relied on imports greatly contributes to the development of the domestic mold industry by enabling reasonable prices and fast delivery. Imported from Europe or the US, previous gas springs were marked with inches but TOSS is the first one in the world to adopt the millimeter unit and is more suitable to the Korean industry. In addition, its excellent quality is widely recognized in both domestic and overseas mold production sites. All products in TOSS are manufactured with precision with high-accuracy equipment such as CNC & M/C. It exceeded 1 million times in the rigorous conditions of SPM80 during tests and its quality is recognized in application tests for the domestic industry production sites.
